40s Man Arrested for Killing Mistress After Administering Sleeping Pills
A man in his 40s was arrested by the police in Wanju-gun, Jeonbuk, for killing his mistress by giving her sleeping pills.

Jeonbuk Jeonju Deokjin Police Station announced on the 23rd that they have applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. A (42) on charges including murder.
Mr. A is suspected of giving sleeping pills to his mistress Ms. B (41) at his home in Samnye-eup, Wanju-gun on the 18th, killing her, and then leaving the body at the house.
Investigations revealed that Mr. A gave Ms. B sleeping pills to make her fall asleep before committing the crime.
After receiving a report from Ms. B’s family that she was not answering her phone, the police began an investigation. Through tracking her phone’s location, they became suspicious of Mr. A, who was living with Ms. B, and arrested him urgently. It is reported that Mr. A admitted to the crime during police questioning.
It is also known that Mr. A pretended to be Ms. B and exchanged messages with her family in an attempt to conceal the crime.
