According to the fire authorities on the 21st, the fire at Samgak Mansion in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, started around 6:30 PM and was extinguished after 1 hour and 15 minutes. There were no fatalities, but 10 residents inhaled smoke and were taken to the hospital.

The fire authorities deployed 29 pieces of equipment and 109 personnel to suppress the fire. The authorities are currently investigating the exact cause of the fire and the extent of property damage.
