Tmon Invests 100 Million Won in 12th Anniversary Idea Contest

Employees who won first and second place in the internal idea contest held by TMON to celebrate its 12th anniversary are taking a commemorative photo.
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] TMON announced on the 16th that the idea featuring a marketing strategy using the TMON character won first place in the in-house idea contest "Michyeotmon Award," held to celebrate the company's 12th anniversary.
The "Michyeotmon Award" was open to all employees without restrictions on fields, including new business ideas, organizational innovation, corporate culture, and employee welfare. A total of 113 ideas were submitted during the preliminary round held over about two weeks on TMON's internal community "Tinyverse." The final round, held on the 13th, was broadcast live, and the final results were decided by live voting after the idea presentations.
The grand prize went to the idea featuring a marketing strategy utilizing TMON's character "Timoni," awarding the winner a prize of 30 million KRW. Two teams that placed second each received 10 million KRW, and the remaining seven teams that advanced to the final round each received 2 million KRW.
