The police arrested Mr. A in the act and conducted a rapid drug test, which showed a positive reaction for methamphetamine. They requested a detailed analysis from the National Forensic Service (NFS). However, since the NFS's detailed test results have not yet been released, the police did not apply drug-related charges.
