Kkanbu Chicken Introduces Hotteok Chicken as a 'National Snack'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Kanbu Chicken announced on the 13th that it has launched a new menu item called 'Hotteok Chicken,' which uses the popular Korean snack hotteok, in celebration of Family Month.
Hotteok Chicken is a sweet chicken dish featuring tender chicken tenderloin and chewy rice cakes topped with hotteok sauce. The pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds in the hotteok sauce complete the texture of Hotteok Chicken.
It was released on the 12th and is available at all Kanbu Chicken franchise stores.
Kanbu Chicken is offering a 2,000 KRW discount event at all nationwide franchise stores when purchasing the Kanbu Pack, which includes Hotteok Chicken and soup tteokbokki, in-store.
