Heinz Korea Signs Contract with Franchise 'The Venti'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Heinck Korea announced on the 12th that it has signed a business partnership agreement with the coffee franchise ‘The Venti,’ which has about 900 franchise stores nationwide.
‘The Venti’ started with its first store at Busan National University in 2014 and has shown rapid growth, increasing the number of stores by more than 45% annually. It is now a leading brand known for cost-effective coffee with approximately 900 franchise stores. Through this agreement, The Venti has taken a step closer to its management philosophy of providing customers with affordable coffee and helping franchise owners generate continuous profits while building a mutually beneficial relationship.
Under this agreement, The Venti will receive Heinck Korea’s ‘Baroda Order’ and ‘Baroda Link’ services. Baroda Order allows easy ordering and payment using QR codes, which can be used upon entering the store, and plans to enhance remote pre-ordering features in the future. Baroda Link integrates menus, sales performance, and more into a single system. Additionally, it establishes a system that communicates with various devices to manage external order channels all at once, improving efficient franchise operation and increasing loyalty.
Moreover, Heinck Korea is developing various service models of Baroda to expand platform service areas based on franchise stores. Baroda Table refers to payment status management, order service requests (water, utensils, side dishes, etc.), and post-payment. Baroda Manager automates management of waiting customers (waiting list), tables, and reservations linked with portal maps.
