The volunteer groups of franchise owners and employees from both companies delivered 1,000 units each of Hanmaeum Bibimbap and Muravel bottled water to two jjokbang counseling centers in Seoul (Namdaemun and Donuidong) the day before, and also personally visited homes to deliver them.
The jjokbang village sharing volunteer service is one of Seven Eleven's signature social contribution activities, which has continued for 10 years since it started supporting bottled water during the heatwave in the Dongdaemun jjokbang village in 2013.
