View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Kim Hojin, the Democratic Party candidate for Jeonnam Provincial Assembly (Naju-si District 1), received his nomination certificate on the 11th and vowed to win the general election.
On the same day, Kim attended the launch ceremony of the Democratic Party's nationwide simultaneous local elections and by-elections integrated election countermeasures committee and the nomination certificate awarding ceremony at the National Assembly as a representative of Jeonnam, along with candidate Han Sookkyung (Suncheon District 7).
Kim pledged, "Together with Democratic Party candidates running in the upcoming June 1 local elections, we will uphold the democratic spirit that the Democratic Party has maintained and form a solid one team to surely achieve victory."
He added, "I will pour all my efforts into achieving a great transformation toward a bustling and youthful Naju," and declared, "Specifically, by attracting an eco-friendly traditional convention hotel to the Eupseong area, we will increase the influx rate of external consumers and lay the foundation for revitalizing the local commercial district."
Kim, advocating for a "young Democratic Party," is preparing a Cheongpung (靑風) election campaign and plans to soon announce a representative set of 10 major pledges refined through public opinion listening and expert discussions.
