Professor Oh Won-tae of Dong-Eui University Donates 10 Million KRW to Development Fund

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Doo-yeol] Professor Oh Won-tae, majoring in Polymer Materials Engineering at Dong-Eui University, donated 10 million KRW to the university development fund on the 10th for his students.
Professor Oh Won-tae's fund will be used as a scholarship for students majoring in Polymer Materials Engineering.
Professor Oh said, "I am grateful to start a meaningful small venture company with the support and help of the school," and added, "I will make a larger donation for the school and my students through the growth and development of the company."
Since joining Dong-Eui University in 2005, Professor Oh Won-tae has published over 50 papers and registered or applied for more than 40 patents in the field of carbon-based nano composite materials. Based on these technological developments, he established the conductive materials and components specialized company 'Fine Materials' in 2015.

Among the five employees at Fine Materials, three are Dong-Eui University alumni, and the company plans to establish its own production facility in Noksan Industrial Complex, Gangseo-gu, Busan, in the second half of this year and begin full-scale business activities.
