This year's contest will have about 30 participants selected through preliminary rounds to compete in the final round. The preliminary round offers equal opportunities to express individuality with prompts such as 'A Dazzling Moment, Our Day,' 'Mask,' and 'Recovery,' which have not been seen in previous contests. Preliminary works are accepted by mail until the 27th.
