University Students in Urban Development, Gather... Recruiting 'HDC Dream Developer'
HDC Hyundai Development Company (HDC Hyundae Industrial Development, Hyunsan) announced on the 9th that it will recruit the 2nd class of 'HDC Dream Developer,' a university student ambassador program specialized in urban development, from May 9 to 22.
The HDC Dream Developer program, operated for the second time following 2021, will select participants through document screening and interviews. The selected students will engage in activities for a total of 16 weeks from June 27 to October 14. They are expected to learn about various development projects promoted by Hyunsan and develop their personal capabilities as future developers.
All participants will have the opportunity to take developer training courses provided by the Korea Productivity Center-affiliated Korea Social Competency Development Institute, along with mentoring sessions with practitioners from Hyunsan’s Development Sales Headquarters.
The 2nd HDC Dream Developer program, targeting university students majoring in architecture, urban engineering, and real estate, requires teams of two members. One representative per team should apply via email. After document screening and interviews, a total of seven teams (14 students) will be selected. Those who complete the program and outstanding teams will receive a certain activity allowance and award opportunities, and will also serve as communication channels between Hyunsan and the MZ generation on social media.
