Olacare Launches Nighttime and Weekend Non-Face-to-Face Medical Consultations and 'Appointment Booking' Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Olacare, a non-face-to-face medical consultation platform, announced on the 4th that it will expand its night and weekend operating hours and introduce a new appointment booking service.
The hours for non-face-to-face consultations and medicine delivery have been extended to 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. Additionally, in the Seoul area, not only non-face-to-face consultations but also same-day quick delivery service by dedicated pharmaceutical delivery staff directly hired by the platform will be supported during nights and weekends.
The new 'Appointment Booking' service will also be introduced. This appointment booking service allows users who could not receive same-day consultations to reserve available consultation times for the next day in advance. It is available from after the end of non-face-to-face consultation services on weekdays and weekends until 7 a.m. the following day.
