When Cancelling IPTV, Post Office Staff Collect the Set-Top Box
Korea Post Headquarters to Start Project with SK Broadband from the 2nd
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-su] The Ministry of Science and ICT's Korea Post has started operating a one-stop parcel service for IPTV set-top boxes in collaboration with SK Broadband from the 2nd.
The IPTV set-top box one-stop parcel service allows customers to request non-face-to-face collection through the SK Broadband customer center when canceling their IPTV subscription at home. Customers pack the set-top box in a box and leave it at their door, and a post office employee collects it without direct contact and delivers it to the agency. This service eliminates the need for agency technicians to visit homes for collection, and users no longer have to coordinate schedules or face the inconvenience of in-person visits for returning the set-top box.
