View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Rain is expected in the Seoul metropolitan area, northeastern Chungbuk, and western Gangwon regions from Friday afternoon to evening on the 15th. The daily temperature range will be over 15 degrees Celsius for the time being, so health management should be carefully observed.
The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasted that from late afternoon to evening, about 5mm of rain will fall in eastern Gyeonggi and western Gangwon, and less than 5mm in Seoul, northwestern Gyeonggi, and northeastern Chungbuk. In the Gangwon mountain areas above 1000m elevation, temperatures will be low enough for less than 0.1cm of snow to fall.
In eastern Gyeonggi and western Gangwon, where atmospheric instability is relatively strong, there may be gusts of wind accompanied by thunder and lightning during the rain.
Temperatures will remain near the seasonal average, with lows between 3 and 10 degrees Celsius and highs between 15 and 21 degrees Celsius. The eastern Gangwon and Gyeongsang coastal areas, where easterly winds prevail, will remain chilly with daytime temperatures around 10 degrees Celsius.
As of 7 a.m., temperatures were 7.9°C in Seoul, 7.8°C in Incheon, 3.4°C in Chuncheon, 7.6°C in Gangneung, 7.0°C in Cheongju, 8.6°C in Suwon, 7.1°C in Daejeon, 9.1°C in Jeonju, 8.3°C in Andong, 10.7°C in Pohang, 10.1°C in Daegu, 10.0°C in Ulsan, 10.9°C in Gwangju, 10.3°C in Mokpo, 9.9°C in Busan, 10.7°C in Yeosu, and 13.2°C in Jeju. The highest temperatures today are expected to range from 12 to 22 degrees Celsius.
In inland areas, the daily temperature difference will be around 15 degrees Celsius, and over the weekend, it will widen to about 20 degrees Celsius, so health precautions are necessary. On the morning of the 16th, the lowest temperature will be between 2 and 9 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature will be between 15 and 21 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' across all regions due to favorable atmospheric dispersion.
In eastern Gyeonggi, western Gangwon, northeastern Chungbuk, the west coast, and Jeju Island, gusts of wind reaching around 15 meters per second are expected.

Until the 16th, strong winds of 8 to 16 meters per second will blow over the southern part of the southern West Sea, the East Sea, the South Sea, and the seas around Jeju Island, with waves rising 2 to 4 meters high.
