This applies to 425 drivers belonging to route bus companies whose sales have decreased due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and who have worked for more than 60 days as of the announcement date.
The city accepted applications for the temporary support fund from companies or the city from March 14 to 18, and after reviewing the eligibility criteria, plans to distribute the funds sequentially before the 15th.
Last September, the city also provided an income stabilization fund of 800,000 KRW per city bus driver, and this time, the payment is made again to stabilize drivers' income and overcome the impact of COVID-19.
