SL Bionics Completes Acquisition of Tangible Assets with Final Payment for Yongin Factory
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] SL Bionics announced on the 28th that it has completed the acquisition of tangible assets by paying the full balance following the termination of the acquisition contract for Lumens' Yongin factory.
Previously, SL Bionics signed a tangible asset transfer contract with Lumens to acquire the Yongin production factory, which it had been using under lease.
The site covers a land area of 18,476㎡ and a building area of 11,492.56㎡, and is located near the Gyeongbu Expressway (Giheung TG), making it one of the top transportation hubs in Giheung.
An SL Bionics official stated, "We have successfully completed the acquisition process of the Yongin factory, a key location for production and transportation," adding, "By reducing the burden of leasing, we will focus on this business and do our best to improve profitability and increase sales."
