Banyan Tree Seoul Unveils 'Spring Brunch Special' to Captivate Spring Appetites
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul will introduce the "Spring Brunch Special," filled with menus that stimulate the spring palate, starting from the 3rd of next month.
According to Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul on the 28th, this Spring Brunch Special is designed to enjoy a leisurely weekend morning brunch and have a pleasant time. Various menus using seasonal ingredients can be enjoyed in a buffet style. The menu is divided into salad and dessert sections, live section, and main dishes. In the salad and dessert sections, you can find endive and cacciatore black truffle, canola salad, durup, and lemon cream cannoli. In the live section, warm dishes made on the spot by the chef, such as Eggs Benedict and Chadolbagi Pho Bo, can be enjoyed, and the main dishes include LA galbi and mero cartoccio. Beverages can be chosen between coffee and tea, and one glass of sparkling wine is provided.
The promotion takes place at the "Granum Dining Lounge," located on the 1st floor of the Banyan Tree Seoul hotel building, which will reopen from the 3rd of next month after a soft space renewal. With a warmer color tone and atmosphere, it will be an even better space to enjoy the sunlight coming through the glass windows and the view of Namsan dyed in spring.

The Spring Brunch Special will be held every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday until May 29. Operating hours are from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, and the price is 119,000 KRW for adults and 79,000 KRW for children (tax included).
