Dongwon Home Food Opens Premium Salad Cafe 'Crispy Fresh' at Parnas Mall
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Dongwon Home Food announced on the 28th that it has opened a premium salad cafe, ‘Crispy Fresh (crispyfresh)’, at Parnas Mall, made with pesticide-free hydroponically grown Cheongmichae without soil contamination.
To coincide with the opening of the Parnas Mall branch, Dongwon Home Food unveiled a new interior design that enhances the Crispy Fresh brand concept and eco-friendly elements. A display embodying the brand identity was installed on the store walls, and natural sculptures made of grass and wood materials were placed throughout the store to provide a sense of relaxation in everyday life.
Dongwon Home Food also introduced new menu items such as the ‘Soy Chicken Avo Plate’, which combines sweet soy sauce, chicken, and avocado, and the ‘Hangjeongsal Avo Plate’ seasoned with a special seasoning. With soft avocado and generous meat toppings, these dishes can be enjoyed as a nutritious and hearty meal. You can also find Hawaiian-style salads like ‘Poke’ and ‘Bowl Salad’, which use Cheongmichae as the main ingredient and are generously filled with seafood such as tuna and salmon.
To celebrate the opening of the Parnas Mall branch, Dongwon Home Food is offering a discount on the ‘Beef Plate’ until the 3rd of next month, and customers who visit for takeout will receive a plant-based beverage, ‘Green Denmark’, which pairs well with salads, on a first-come, first-served basis.
