MLB Pitching Coach Pete Walker Arrested on DUI Charges

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Seomideum] Pete Walker (53), pitching coach of the Toronto Blue Jays in Major League Baseball (MLB), was arrested by police on suspicion of drunk driving and was released on bail.
According to the Associated Press on the 27th (Korean time), Coach Walker was caught and arrested for drunk driving by the police that morning and was released after paying a $500 bail.
Coach Walker apologized, saying, "I am sorry to the Toronto team, fans, and my family."
Canadian media Sportsnet reported that Coach Walker was caught by police for speeding after drinking four beers.
Currently, Coach Walker has hired a lawyer to resolve the issue. Considering the legal matters, the Toronto team has not issued an official response.
