From the 1st to the 11th of next month... Online Application Submission
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 25th that it will create jobs through new recruitment in the first half of 2022.
The total number of recruits is 56. For general positions, 21 administrative and 21 technical staff will be hired through open competitive recruitment, and 3 experienced personnel in accounting, tax, and labor fields will be hired through restricted competitive recruitment. For support positions (permanent contract), 11 people will be selected by region and project.
Applications can be submitted on SBC's recruitment website from the 1st to the 11th of next month. After document screening, written tests (NCS basic evaluation, personality test, major multiple-choice, current affairs essay), and interview stages (first and second rounds), the final successful candidates will be selected around June.
SBC will conduct the open competitive recruitment in the first half of the year using a blind recruitment method based on the National Competency Standards. This open recruitment has no restrictions on age, education, or background, and implements social values through socially equitable recruitment that considers veterans and persons with disabilities. Additionally, by expanding the recruitment of local talent, it plans to actively respond to the government's regional balanced New Deal and job creation policies.
SBC is also recruiting 90 experiential youth interns until the 28th. This is to provide public institution job experience opportunities and support employment competency enhancement for youth aged 34 or younger as of the application deadline.
