Please Stop Large Corporations from Entering the Used Car Market
On the 24th at 11 a.m., the Korea Automobile Dealers Association Federation held a rally near the Financial Services Commission Training Center in Tongin-dong, Seoul, where President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol's office of the Presidential Transition Committee is located, to condemn the entry of large corporations into the used car market and the non-designation of used cars as a livelihood-suitable industry. The federation stated that the entry of large automobile manufacturers into the used car market is an act that destroys the ecosystem of the automobile sales industry and a criminal act that threatens the livelihood of 300,000 automobile sales industry families, urging the withdrawal of any attempts to enter the market. They also condemned the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' decision not to designate used cars as a livelihood-suitable industry. The federation plans to continue holding rallies at the same location and time on the 25th and 28th, starting from this day.
