Jeonnam Fire Department Conducts Special Training to Establish Public Service Discipline and Eradicate the 'Three Major Misconducts'
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Jeonnam Fire Headquarters announced on the 24th that it conducted a non-face-to-face special training to eradicate the three major misconducts of 'drunk driving, sexual misconduct, and abuse of power.'
The special training was originally planned to be conducted face-to-face, but was switched to non-face-to-face due to the increase in COVID-19 cases and was conducted via video.
A total of about 250 people participated, including abuse of power and sexual misconduct officers from the headquarters and 20 fire stations, as well as heads of each department (managers, center directors, rescue team leaders).
Kim Gap-tae, police sergeant from the Jeonnam Police Agency Education Division, and Noh Seong-hee, deputy director of the Jeonnam Sunflower Center, were invited as external expert lecturers to cultivate practical skills necessary for job performance and to conduct lectures and discussions aimed at improving employee awareness.
The main contents included ▲ cases of public official crimes such as abuse of power and drunk driving and raising awareness ▲ cases of reporting sexual violence and sexual harassment ▲ education on preventing secondary damage.
