Jeongeup-si, 'Individual and Joint Housing Prices' Available for Viewing Until the 12th of Next Month

[Jeongeup=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] Jeongeup City, Jeonbuk announced on the 23rd that it will open the 2022 regular individual housing and apartment prices for public inspection and receive citizens' opinions.

Owners of individual and apartment houses in the city can view the prices of 25,467 individual houses and 21,627 apartment units until the 12th of next month.

The inspection can be done at the Taxation Division and General Civil Affairs Division of City Hall or at the tax civil service counters in the eup, myeon, and dong offices, and can also be viewed through the Real Estate Price Informer.

This inspection is conducted to hear the opinions of owners and legal stakeholders before deciding and announcing the housing prices, in order to enhance the appropriateness and reliability of the housing appraisal prices.

The individual housing price (land and building combined price) was evaluated by selecting 1,578 houses as standard houses representing the city's housing prices, appraised by the Korea Appraisal Board as of January 1 of last year, and then comparing the characteristics of the standard houses with individual houses to balance the housing prices.

If there are objections to the individual or apartment housing prices, a written opinion can be submitted, and after a re-examination to review appropriateness, the results will be notified by mail.

A city official said, "The final decided housing prices are used as the basis for various taxes such as property tax and resident tax, as well as health insurance premiums, so please take an active interest and inspect within the period."
