On the 23rd, Representative Jeong posted on Facebook a message titled "To the Arrogant and Overbearing People Power Party," stating, "The large-scale relocation, deployment, and budget execution must follow the command of the Commander-in-Chief," emphasizing this point.
He continued, "They uttered unspeakable insults and asked if this was 'refusal to accept the election results' just because the incumbent president, as the head of state, head of the executive branch, and Commander-in-Chief, intends to fulfill his legitimate authority and responsibilities," pointing out, "The president commands military orders and military administration as the Commander-in-Chief."
Representative Jeong expressed concern, saying, "If it's not the right path, don't take it. Leaving a perfectly fine house, what is this?" He added, "It causes traffic congestion during morning and evening commutes, disrupts mobile phone signals, and may cause setbacks in height restrictions, reconstruction, and redevelopment." He further questioned, "Where are the more than 500 secretaries supposed to go, and where should the over 1,000 Blue House reporters stand around?"

Meanwhile, the Blue House expressed concerns about potential security gaps regarding President-elect Yoon's plan to relocate the presidential office to Yongsan, but Yoon's camp has repeatedly expressed their determination to proceed with the move. On the 21st, spokesperson Kim Eun-hye said, "If President Moon Jae-in refuses to cooperate on the most essential tasks of the regime transition, there is no way to enforce it," adding, "As of midnight on May 10, President-elect Yoon will definitely fulfill his promise to fully open the Blue House."
