MedicBioNK Signs MOU to Acquire CarePlus... Accelerating HealthBus Ecosystem Development
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Softec Korea is establishing a collaboration system with Medic Bio NK and Careplus to build a Healthbus (a compound word of Health and Metaverse) ecosystem.
According to Softec Korea, which is promoting the 'LOTT Project,' on the 11th, its partner Medic Bio NK signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the acquisition of Careplus.
Founded in 2017, Careplus is an online shopping mall specializing in silver products, medical devices, and health functional foods. It will be established within the Healthbus being built by Softec Korea, and LOTT tokens will be used. Currently, it operates a total of 10 sites, including directly managed sites such as Silver365, Careplus, Sanitech, and franchise stores such as WithSenior, SilverWellbeing, and SilverWorld.

The LOTT Project is a platform that uses LOTT tokens as a payment method by utilizing a blockchain-based payment system for non-fungible token (NFT) content linked to K-Beauty, K-Pop products, and various other fields. LOTT tokens are used as a payment method not only on the LOTT platform but also in the connected metaverse ecosystem, and in the future, they will be available at external offline stores through partnerships.
