BMW Officially Launches Plug-in Hybrid Sedan 'New 320e'
Combined fuel efficiency 15.8 km per liter... Total maximum output 204 horsepower

[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] BMW Korea officially launches the 'Plug-in Hybrid Sedan New 320e' in the domestic market.
According to BMW Korea on the 10th, the New 320e is equipped with an electric motor delivering up to 113 horsepower and a high-voltage battery with a capacity of 12kWh. When fully charged, it can run up to 39 km on electricity alone. The top speed in electric mode is 140 km/h.
In addition, the TwinPower Turbo 4-cylinder gasoline engine works in harmony to produce a combined maximum output of 204 horsepower and a combined maximum torque of 32.6 kg·m, accelerating from zero to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds. The combined fuel efficiency is 15.8 km per liter, and it also offers benefits such as exemption from congestion charges in the Namsan Tunnel and a 50% discount at public parking lots nationwide.
The New 320e is available in two trims: Luxury and M Sport. All trims come standard with advanced driver assistance features such as BMW Live Cockpit Professional, Parking Assistant, and Driving Assistant, as well as convenience features including LED headlights, front sports seats, Comfort Access, wireless charging, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay functionality. Additionally, selecting the Innovation Package and Performance Package adds features such as High Beam Assistant, Driving Assistant Professional, Parking Assistant Plus, and an electric trunk, depending on the configuration.
The price ranges from 58.4 million KRW to 60.9 million KRW, depending on the trim and package.

Meanwhile, BMW Korea will hold a nationwide test drive event for the New 320e and 4 Series for about four weeks from the 11th to April 1st. The event will take place at 10 official BMW showrooms located in Seoul, Busan, Suwon, Bucheon, Jeonju, and other cities.
