KOTRA "See Overseas Sites Without Business Trips"... Launch of Digital Overseas Dispatch Service
From the 11th of this month
Resolving urgent issues without overseas business trips
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] A way has opened up to vividly see, hear, and participate in overseas consultation sites without having to travel on business trips.
On the 10th, KOTRA announced the launch of the ‘Digital Emergency Overseas Dispatch Service,’ which allows participation in overseas consultation sites vividly without traveling on business trips. This service is for companies that need to go in person to resolve issues but are suddenly unable to travel due to rapidly changing international situations.
When the service is requested, KOTRA overseas trade center staff directly dispatch to the site, showing the scene with an action camera and handling the requested matters. Even without traveling abroad, the entire process can be viewed via private real-time streaming and participated in remotely.
A KOTRA official stated, “We focused on realizing a sense of presence comparable to our companies traveling overseas in person.” Through this service, various tasks can be resolved, including ▲equipment test runs and A/S ▲meetings with buyers of high-tech equipment whose transactions have been suspended ▲attending exhibitions ▲and unavoidable urgent overseas business trips.
