He also mentioned the swift merger between the People Power Party and the People’s Party. President-elect Yoon said, "We will work together to broaden our outreach, gain wider support from the people, and become a great and mature party that listens to the valuable opinions of the people. I also ask for your support." On this day, Ahn Cheol-soo sat between President-elect Yoon and Lee Jun-seok, leader of the People Power Party, and together they shouted "Long live regime change" three times.
