National Library of Korea Hosts Exhibition "Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania - The Baltic Way Towards the Future"
[Asia Economy Reporter Seomideum] The National Library of Korea, in collaboration with the Embassy of Estonia, the Embassy of Latvia, and the Embassy of Lithuania in Korea, will hold an exhibition titled "Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania - The Baltic Way Towards the Future" from the 14th to April 10th on the first floor of the library's main building. The opening ceremony will take place on the 14th with the attendance of the Director of the National Library and ambassadors from the three Baltic countries, and the exhibition will be open to the public from the 15th.
This exhibition presents a photographic concept overview of the historical background of the three Baltic countries, including the "Baltic Way," as well as their current natural environments and architectural landmarks. It holds significant meaning as it allows visitors to explore the historical flow of the three countries and their development processes following the "Baltic Way."
Additionally, the exhibition gathers books from the three Baltic countries translated into Korean, providing an opportunity to explore each country's literary works. Alongside this, visitors can also experience "Tiny Books," a joint literary project by Baltic authors that explores the theme of "diversity" through picture books.
