Simply Cook stated that orders for the 'Three-Color Spring Vegetable Beef Bulgogi Hot Pot' during the recent week (March 1?7) increased by 30.5% compared to the first week after its launch (February 17). This order growth rate is about three times higher than the approximately 10% increase seen in similar existing menu items during the same period.
Simply Cook analyzes that as March, which signals the start of spring, arrives, customer demand for seasonal spring foods has increased, leading to the rise in orders for the 'Three-Color Spring Vegetable Beef Bulgogi Hot Pot.'
The 'Three-Color Spring Vegetable Beef Bulgogi Hot Pot' is a spring seasonal menu planned by Simply Cook by combining popular Korean dish beef bulgogi hot pot with spring vegetables such as domestically grown spring cabbage (bomdong), wild chives (dallae), and shepherd's purse (naengi). A 40% discount event is being held until the end of this month at GS Fresh Mall and other locations.
Simply Cook plans to significantly expand its seasonal menu lineup by releasing the second seasonal menu, 'Spicy Seasoned Webfoot Octopus with Water Parsley (Jjukkumi Minari Chomuchim),' in mid-March.
GS Fresh Mall is launching a spring seasonal vegetable event. Over 20 types of domestically grown spring vegetables, including water parsley (minari), spring cabbage (bomdong), shepherd's purse (naengi), and bangpungnamul, will be sold at up to 28% discounted prices through seasonal and fresh produce promotions.
