Silla University Selected for the 'University Job Plus Center Project'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Silla University has been selected for the '2022 University Job Plus Center Project' organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The University Job Plus Center Project is a program jointly funded by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, universities, and local governments to provide career and employment support services such as job discovery and matching services, career guidance, and psychological counseling for current students, graduates, and local youth.
With the project selection, Silla University will operate employment competency enhancement programs, job matching services, integrated career and employment consulting, and other employment support services with a project budget of 1.5 billion KRW over five years until 2027. It will also provide youth-specialized one-stop employment services.
Silla University opened its University Job Center in 2016, deploying employment experts and operating customized career guidance by major and student-tailored employment competency enhancement programs. It has contributed to youth job matching by establishing state-of-the-art counseling rooms, employment support equipment, and employment analysis data.
