[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Shinhan Bank announced on the 7th that it has launched the 'Ttaenggyeoyo Exclusive Card,' a private label credit card (PLCC) exclusively for the delivery application Ttaenggyeoyo, which was first introduced in the financial sector in collaboration with Shinhan Card.
The Ttaenggyeoyo credit card is a specialized card that offers 10% points accumulation when paying through the Ttaenggyeoyo app. When used at convenience stores, 5% of the amount is accumulated as points. The discount benefits are provided up to a maximum of 14,000 KRW when the previous month's usage amount is between 300,000 KRW and 700,000 KRW, and the annual fee is 15,000 KRW for domestic use only and 18,000 KRW for international use.
The Ttaenggyeoyo check card accumulates 10% points when paying through the Ttaenggyeoyo app and 2% points when used at Starbucks and convenience stores. The discount benefits allow up to 10,000 KRW in points accumulation if the previous month's usage is between 300,000 KRW and less than 1,000,000 KRW, and up to 15,000 KRW if usage exceeds 1,000,000 KRW.
The Ttaenggyeoyo Rider Card accumulates 0.2% points on all affiliated merchants, with an additional 0.2% points accumulation when used for fuel and convenience stores. If the previous month's usage is over 200,000 KRW, up to 50,000 points can be accumulated.
A Shinhan Bank official said, "The Ttaenggyeoyo exclusive card strengthens the core financial business differentiated from other delivery competitors by launching not only a card for the customer base but also an exclusive card for delivery riders." He added, "In line with Shinhan Financial Group's vision of 'Easier, More Comfortable, and Newer Finance,' we will create a new delivery app that is easy and comfortable, making merchants, customers, and riders happy through responsible consumption."

Meanwhile, the delivery app Ttaenggyeoyo introduced by Shinhan Bank offers merchants a low brokerage fee of 2% and fast settlement services, and provides customers with a service to accumulate points through review orders. It has also launched a rider-exclusive loan product utilizing delivery rider data. Currently, Ttaenggyeoyo is providing services in three districts of Seoul (Gangnam, Seocho, Songpa, Gwanak, Mapo, Gwangjin) and plans to expand to the entire Seoul area by April.
