[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] BC Card is expanding its global digital financial partnership by joining hands with Crypto.com and Visa.
BC Card announced on the 7th that it signed a 'BC Card-Crypto.com-Visa Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)' at Crypto.com's headquarters office in Singapore on the 4th (local time). The event was attended by Choi Won-seok, President of BC Card, Rafael Melo, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Crypto.com, and Kang Dong-soon, Vice President of Visa Korea.
Crypto.com, established in 2016, is a virtual asset platform with 10 million users worldwide. Visa is also a leading global digital payment company, processing payment transactions among consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and government agencies in over 200 countries worldwide.
The core of this agreement is to expand cooperation among the three companies. BC Card and Visa will combine their processing and digital platform capabilities and actively collaborate with Crypto.com to provide customers with innovative digital financial experiences. Additionally, the three companies plan to cooperate on new joint research to launch Crypto.com's Private Label Credit Card (PLCC) and enhance customer benefits.
