The Ministry of Unification condemned North Korea's successive ballistic missile launches, as announced at the emergency meeting of the Standing Committee of the National Security Council (NSC) on the same day.
It also urged the immediate cessation of tension-escalating acts such as missile launches during this very serious period, marked by heightened international tensions due to the Ukraine war, the Beijing Winter Paralympics, and the domestic presidential election schedule.
