View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Jaseng Medical Foundation announced on the 28th that Ha In-hyeok, Director of the Spine and Joint Research Institute at Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital, received a commendation from the Minister of Health and Welfare for his contributions to promoting public health through the scientific advancement of Korean medicine.
Director Ha was recognized for his active academic research activities, participation in national research and development projects, and consistent support for social contribution activities. Over the past 10 years, he has contributed to a total of 127 research papers published in SCI(E)-level international academic journals, helping to establish clinical evidence for Korean medical treatments of musculoskeletal diseases and standardize treatment methods.
He also conducted 25 national research and development projects and other medical studies, building evidence for Korean medical treatments of spinal and joint diseases. In addition, Director Ha concurrently serves as the director of Bucheon Jaseng Korean Medicine Hospital, actively participating in medical volunteer work for medically underserved groups in the region, contributing to public health promotion and regional coexistence.
