[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] On Monday the 28th, the entire country will experience mostly cloudy skies with a large temperature difference between day and night.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 27th, the minimum temperatures tomorrow morning will range from -6 to 5 degrees Celsius nationwide, with Seoul at 1°C, Daejeon at -2°C, Daegu at -2°C, and Busan at 5°C. The daytime maximum temperatures are forecasted to be between 8 and 16 degrees Celsius, with Seoul at 11°C and Daejeon at 14°C, resulting in a temperature difference of more than 10 degrees between day and night. Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion. The Meteorological Administration advised caution for traffic safety as dense fog and icy roads are expected until the morning on rivers, lakes, and bridges adjacent to the central west coast.

Strong winds and high waves are expected in the central East Sea offshore and the northern outer East Sea offshore in the southern East Sea. Vessels engaged in navigation or fishing should exercise caution. Wave heights will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore. In the outer seas (approximately within 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West and South Seas.
