Shinhan Bank Expands One-on-One Asset Management Consultation Hours with 'Good Time Financial Consultation' Implementation
Video Consultation from 7-9 AM and 5-9 PM for Customers Unable to Visit Branches
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Je-hoon] Shinhan Bank announced on the 25th that it will implement the 'Good Time Financial Consultation' service, which extends the consultation hours of its existing asset management concierge banking.
Asset management concierge banking is a new concept service that provides personalized asset management solutions through Shinhan Bank's asset management special team, composed of financial, tax, and real estate experts. It is available to individual and corporate customers with financial assets of 300 million KRW or more.
The newly introduced Good Time Financial Consultation service expands the consultation hours of asset management concierge banking, which were previously only available during business hours. For customers who find it difficult to visit branches, consultations can be conducted anytime and anywhere through a video consultation system from 7 to 9 a.m. and 5 to 9 p.m., offering a customized service.

A Shinhan Bank official stated, "We have extended the consultation hours of asset management concierge banking to reduce inconvenience and provide efficient asset management services in line with the changed customer lifestyle after COVID-19," adding, "We will strive to make it easier for customers to receive asset management services."
