US Secretary of State: Russia Will Besiege and Threaten Kyiv
[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] U.S. Secretary of State Tony Blinken said on the 24th (local time), "All evidence suggests that Russia intends to besiege and threaten Kyiv (Ukraine)."
At the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) meeting that day, Secretary Blinken said, "We believe Russia has planned widespread human rights abuses against the Ukrainian people."
