Gwangju Urban Railway Shares Talent Teaching Smartphone Usage to Seniors
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangju Urban Railway Corporation is conducting an 'Information Talent Sharing' education program for the elderly.
The Urban Railway Corporation announced that on the 24th, it will hold an education session at Sangmu Station in Seo-gu to bridge the digital divide between generations and enhance customer satisfaction with the urban railway.
The education will be provided by the corporation's IT Strategy Office staff, targeting seniors who may have difficulty adapting to smartphones, covering basic functions and usage of smartphones, and offering an opportunity to reduce the distance from digital devices.
Those who wish to participate can join without prior reservation by visiting the education space in the Sangmu Station waiting room from 2 PM to 4 PM.
