InnoHR Launches Corporate Interviewer Training Program
Lecture on Interview Techniques, Aptitude Tests, and Recruitment Practices
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] An interviewer training course for successful hiring from new hires to experienced professionals and executives is being launched.
On the 21st, InnoHR announced that Professor Kim Kyung-il of Ajou University, a renowned cognitive psychologist, and Park Hae-ryong, CEO of The HR Consulting and an experienced hiring expert who formerly served as an HR executive at LS Group, have opened the 'Professional Interviewer 1st Cohort' master course.
Yoo Jae-kyung, CEO of Nabi & Partners and an expert in HR practice and theory (PhD in HR organization), will teach 'Interview Techniques,' and Shin Gil-ja, CEO of Value Up Consulting and a special lecturer and career expert, has also joined the faculty.
HR and recruitment expert Kwon Hyuk-geun, CEO of InnoHR, will give a lecture on 'Avoiding Hiring Problematic Employees,' and Kim Jung-myung, CEO of All About Consulting and an expert in industrial psychology and personality testing, will lecture on understanding aptitude tests.
