Jang Seok-woong, Jeonnam Superintendent of Education, to Hold 'Publication Commemoration' on the 26th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] Jang Seok-woong, Superintendent of Education of Jeonnam, will hold a book publication and author signing event on the 26th at the Suncheon Bay Ecological Culture Education Center.
At this publication event, Superintendent Jang plans to introduce his book "People Who Become Their Own Path," which contains the footprints and reflections of four years of innovation in Jeonnam education.
Since taking office in July 2018 as the head of the third term of Jeonnam education by direct election, Superintendent Jang compiled stories of hope encountered during the four-year journey of innovation aimed at "Jeonnam education that does not give up on a single child" and published this book.
The book includes a blueprint for Jeonnam education toward educational recovery in the post-COVID-19 era and a major transformation of future education, as well as the philosophy and beliefs about education that he has held, and the path Jeonnam education should take.
The signing event, held in the morning and afternoon, will be conducted modestly in the form of Superintendent Jang meeting readers and signing books without the main event, considering the ongoing Omicron pandemic.
