The agreement included Gyeongsang National University, Kyungsung University, Dong-A University, Dong-Eui University, Pukyong National University, Catholic University of Pusan, Pusan National University, University of Ulsan, and Inje University.
The Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundations of Pusan National University, Pukyong National University, Catholic University of Pusan, and the LINC+ Project Groups of Dong-Eui University, Gyeongsang National University, Kyungsung University, Dong-A University, University of Ulsan, and Inje University agreed to cooperate in enhancing the value of technology in the biohealth sector and nurturing practical talent through technology sharing and collaborative efforts.
The universities will combine their specialized fields to collaborate on ▲joint development and operation of talent nurturing programs through biohealth education ▲mutual cooperation for talent development to advance the biohealth industry ▲nurturing talent by linking the southeastern biohealth sector's capabilities with nationwide shared university hubs ▲sharing specialized biomedical education courses and shared university infrastructure ▲developing ICT convergence technologies and nurturing talent for use in smart medical devices and the medical field.
The participating universities have specialized fields including smart bio in agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and traditional Korean medicine, biomedical, smart and digital healthcare, digital therapeutics, anti-aging, AI big data, bio-tissue and life care ICC, medical devices, biohealth materials, smart health ICC, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy, medicine, and Korean medicine.
