[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jae-hee] Mamstouch, which decided on voluntary delisting, hit the upper price limit in early trading on the 21st.
As of 9:45 a.m. on the 21st, Mamstouch is trading at 8,220 won on the KOSDAQ market, soaring to the price limit (29.86%) compared to the previous trading day.
Earlier on the 18th, Mamstouch announced that it plans to apply for delisting from the Korea Exchange on March 30 after holding an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

Having achieved a 97.94% stake through a public tender offer, Mamstouch stated, "If minority shareholders remain at the time of delisting, the major shareholder plans to purchase their shares during the orderly sale period and for a certain period after delisting."
