Through the agreement, the two organizations plan to carry out ▲ operation of an adult learner-type living lab ▲ activation of campus resources and provision of educational and cultural services ▲ convergence cooperation volunteer services based on the local community's educational and cultural services ▲ network cooperation with local governments in the southeastern region and lifelong education policies ▲ field training and learning support.
Students from the Department of Meditation Healing have been conducting 'adult learner-type living lab' education for youth at the Youth Recovery Center at Mansasonyeon, including ▲ greeting etiquette ▲ tea ceremony experience ▲ meditation, over three sessions for about three weeks starting from the 11th.
The education is operated with the purpose of healing unstable mind and body.
Mansasonyeon is an organization established to support the healthy growth of at-risk youth and all youth, carrying out ▲ Youth Recovery Center ▲ youth recovery and independence support ▲ volunteer linkage with partner organizations.
Park Soo-young, head of the Regional Future Center, said that various educational programs and volunteer activities for youth and local residents will be promoted in connection with several institutions in the local community.
The Regional Future Center at Dongmyung University is operating an adult learner-type living lab that strengthens the university's social role, builds regional networks, and solves local problems.
