Hyundai Engineering & Construction Technical Training Center is recruiting trainees for the first half of 2022.
According to Hyundai Engineering & Construction on the 16th, the Technical Training Center is recruiting 149 people across five departments?Plant Electrical, Construction Equipment Practice, Energy Design and Construction Management, Smart Construction Management, and Construction Process and Project Management?until the 13th of next month. The tuition for all courses is free.
Among these, the four departments of Plant Electrical, Construction Equipment Practice, Energy Design and Construction Management, and Smart Construction Management offer a five-month course from March 2022 to August 2022, while Construction Process and Project Management is a seven-month course until October 2022.
Applicants must be high school graduates or higher who are eligible for the National Tomorrow Learning Card, with no age or gender restrictions. However, if the applicant is a university student, they must be able to graduate by the end of the training.
Graduates who complete the training will be referred for employment at domestic and overseas sites of construction companies and partner firms in the same industry, such as Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Hyundai Engineering. Graduates holding safety, health, and quality-related certifications will also be given priority hiring opportunities at construction sites currently managed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction.

Meanwhile, since its establishment in 1977, the Hyundai Engineering & Construction Technical Training Center has produced approximately 38,000 construction personnel. Despite the COVID-19 situation, 438 graduates in 2020 secured employment at construction companies and partner firms in the same industry, including Hyundai Engineering & Construction, achieving a high employment rate of 87%.
