Daekyo Ilgan Daechi-dong donates elementary school textbooks to Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Minjae] Daekyo's elementary online learning brand 'Ilgan Daechidong' announced on the 16th that it donated over 1,500 textbooks to the Green Umbrella Child Fund.
The textbooks donated by Ilgan Daechidong will be delivered to children in need of educational support through the Green Umbrella Child Fund. Ilgan Daechidong's elementary textbooks are study workbooks developed in partnership with academies recognized for their expertise, including ▲Saem Korean Language Research Institute (Korean) ▲Wonlitamgu (Mathematics) ▲Yeoksahwarang (Social Studies) ▲Miraetamgu (Science), all authored directly by academy directors from Daechidong.
Previously, since last year, Ilgan Daechidong has been conducting a textbook donation campaign through social networking services (SNS), donating a total of over 7,000 textbooks to the Green Umbrella Child Fund over two years.

A Daekyo official stated, “This campaign aims to address learning loss and strengthen basic academic skills among vulnerable children due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic,” adding, “We will continue our interest and support so that children can nurture their dreams.”
