View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sunmi] LG Electronics announced on the 13th that it will launch two new LG CineBeam Laser 4K models that combine high resolution and convenience in the domestic market.
The new LG CineBeam Laser 4K model (series name: HU715Q) applies an ultra-short throw method, allowing installation about 21.7cm from the wall?roughly the length of a handspan?and still projecting a giant 100-inch screen (diagonal length approximately 254cm). It supports 4K UHD resolution and a contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1, with a maximum brightness of 2500 ANSI lumens, equivalent to turning on 2500 candles simultaneously.
Depending on the ambient brightness, the Ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the screen brightness, and the light source output is also automatically controlled according to the video being played, enabling customers to enjoy an optimized viewing experience tailored to the environment and content. The clean body design in Cotton White color features premium fabric from the brand Kvadrat on the front. Customers can choose from three colors: Gray, Pink, and Green.
The LG CineBeam Laser 4K new model with projection type (model name: HU710PW) is equipped with a triple screen adjustment function that can project a 100-inch screen at any angle from about 4.7 meters away from the wall.
Using this function, customers can easily create a perfectly rectangular screen even when placing the product in a corner of the living room and projecting the screen obliquely in the opposite direction. This reduces the hassle of installing the projector by hanging it from the ceiling or moving the product to project a straight screen.
It also offers various convenience features. Equipped with LG Electronics' software platform webOS 6.0, customers can access the internet without connecting external devices and easily enjoy various OTT services such as YouTube, Netflix, and Disney+ on a giant screen. Additionally, it supports AirPlay 2 and Miracast, allowing convenient screen sharing with both iOS-based and Android OS devices. It includes an HDMI 2.1 port and supports wireless connections such as Bluetooth.
