[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Glad Hotel announced on the 11th that it will introduce 'Yang Kkochi,' a new lamb series menu made from lamb shoulder, from Glad Yeouido restaurant 'Gritz' on Market Kurly.
'Yang Kkochi' features the unique savory flavor and chewy texture of lamb. It can be conveniently enjoyed at home, glamping sites, or during car camping as a meal or snack. 'Yang Kkochi' consists of New Zealand lamb shoulder (400g) and Beijing-style seasoning 'Ziran' (10g). The lamb shoulder is divided into 10 pieces of 40g each, packaged in 2 packs of 5 pieces.
The hotel explained, "Yang Kkochi is made from tender meat of young lamb so that people of all ages can enjoy it," adding, "By providing Beijing-style seasoning 'Ziran,' there is no need to prepare separate spices, making it easy to enjoy lamb dishes." For cooking, grill in a heated frying pan for about 7 to 10 minutes or cook in an air fryer set to 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
