Three Doctors from North Korean Defectors Born Through the South-North Hana Foundation's 'Professional Course'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] The South-North Hana Foundation announced on the 9th that three North Korean defectors passed the national exams for medical doctor, Korean medicine doctor, and dentist this year through the "North Korean Defector Professional Training Program," which supports defectors in obtaining national technical and professional certifications.
Since 2016, the foundation has been supporting North Korean defectors to acquire national technical and professional certifications by utilizing their experience and expertise gained in North Korea and South Korea through the professional training program.
