Yoon "Today's Self-Diagnosis Kit Showed No Abnormalities"
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jun-yi] Lee Yang-su, the chief spokesperson of the People Power Party's election campaign headquarters, tested positive for COVID-19 on the 9th.
The campaign headquarters announced in a statement that "Spokesperson Lee was informed that he tested positive in a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test" and "he plans to strictly follow the guidelines of the health authorities going forward."
Spokesperson Lee usually accompanies Yoon Seok-yeol, the People Power Party's presidential candidate, closely during on-site schedules, but the campaign headquarters explained that since he has not been in contact with Yoon since the 6th, the possibility of Yoon testing positive is low. So far, no additional confirmed cases have been identified within the campaign headquarters besides Spokesperson Lee.
